• Loft Cottage          $ 199.00 per night,  max 2 persons
• The Beach Villa     $ 299.00 per night,  max 2 persons

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

• For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash (US$).
• Full payment in advance is required for reservations, due to the popular demand of the ocean front cottages.
• All rates are subject to change without notice until a 100% deposit/payment is received and confirmed via fax/e-mail by the property manager.
• All rates based on one or two persons occupancy.
• All State and local taxes apply.
• $200 refundable damage deposit.
• $75 Cleaning Fee.
• Kehena Beach Oceanfront Cottages are located on a private gated estate 
  for our guests to enjoy and relax in our peaceful and spacious retreat.

• Any cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival/scheduled check-in date will be refunded minus a 10% service charge.
• Any cancellations less/within 30 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
• Any reservations that include the nights of NOV 15-30  &  DEC 15 - JAN 15 are non-refundable.
• Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
